Travel services are offered to you, the customer, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Payment for our travel services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Prices: All prices quoted are based upon double occupancy, two (2) persons sharing room or cabin, unless otherwise noted. All prices are subject to availability and prior sale and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Interline Vacations is not responsible for typographical errors. Unless noted otherwise, transportation, passport and visa fees, departure taxes, items of personal nature, optional activities, tours, gratuities and taxes are not included.
Cruise/Tour Reservations: A deposit of at least $125 per person is required to make a reservation. This amount includes a $25 per person non-refundable administrative fee. This fee may appear as a separate charge in addition to charges made directly by the travel suppliers. Full payment is due at the discretion of the travel suppliers, but in most cases no later than 75 days prior to travel.
Cancellations or changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to availability and to any penalties that are charged by the cruise line or supplier. Any refunds of unused portions of a trip will be made in accordance with the terms & conditions of the travel supplier who received your payment.
Resort/Hotel Reservations: A deposit of at least $100 per person is required to make a reservation. This amount includes a $37 per person administrative fee. Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to travel. Cancellations or changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to availability and to any penalties that are charged by the resort or other suppliers. Many of our resorts offer BUMP PROTECTION (see below). If you cancel or otherwise change your reservation, all amounts paid, after cancellation penalties charged by the hotel or resort, if any, (Interline Vacations Credit) may be applied in full toward the purchase of future hotel, cruise or tour reservations provided that credit is requested within one (1) year of the original date of travel. The cost for the new reservation may be greater and/or the new reservation may be subject to different terms, conditions, and/or restrictions. Alternatively, at your discretion, you may request a refund, in which case the amount of the Interline Vacation Credit described above will be applied, if any, less $100 per person cancellation fee, and the balance will be refunded to you. All requests for refunds should be made in writing and will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks.
Bump Protection:: This program provides that in the event that you are bumped off your flight and cannot commence travel to your destination on the date of travel, you may reschedule, subject to availability at no additional charge. In order to receive the benefit of this protection, customer must adhere to the following procedure if bumped: If customer gets bumped during our office hours (see phone number below), please notify us immediately, and Interline Vacations will re-book new dates. If Interline Vacations is closed when customer is bumped, customer is instructed to call the hotel directly and inform them that customer will not be arriving that day. Then, call Interline Vacations as early as possible the next day during our normal business hours, and Interline Vacations will re-book customer's trip for another date. If customer does not arrive for customer's vacation on the date of departure and does not notify Interline Vacations or the hotel within 24 hours of customer's original date of travel as set forth above, a 100% cancellation penalty shall be applicable. Bump protection is specific to the hotel originally booked and is non-transferable. All re-bookings are subject to availability at the hotel's discretion. Additional charges may apply if future dates selected are requested for a period when the hotel has higher rates in effect. PLEASE NOTE: Not every hotel offers Bump Protection in which case each resort's change/cancellation rules will apply. Please ask your booking agent to verify if the property you selected offers bump protection. This option is not available for cruises or tours.
Proof of Citizenship: Proof of citizenship, visas, vaccinations and passport requirements are customer's complete responsibility. Depending on customer's destination, customer is required to have a passport, visa(s), and relevant documentation of current vaccinations. Customer is instructed, advised, and required to complete research with enough advance preparation to obtain the necessary documentation to travel to, through, and stay in each destination planned as part of customer's itinerary. Remember there are rules unique to minors traveling. Minors require their own documentation, and requirements vary according to the type of travel, whether domestic or international, and even by supplier.
Travel Destinations: Although statistically, most travel is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Interline Vacations urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, advisories, and relevant vaccinations issued by the United States Government and others prior to booking travel to certain destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of various risks associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.istm.org, www.tripprep.com, and www.customs.gov.
Administrative Fees: Fees sometimes referred to as administrative fees or transaction charges cover the costs incurred by Interline Vacations in delivering customer's travel services.
Transportation: Unless customer specifically purchases transportation from Interline Vacations, transportation to and from customer's destination is the responsibility of customer.
Eligibility / Airline Employment::Verification of customer's eligibility for reduced rate benefits is required prior to the release of any travel documents. Eligibility varies by supplier and it is customer's responsibility to provide whatever is required by the supplier(s). Interline Vacations is not liable for any penalties and/or forfeitures based upon customer's inability to verify eligibility in a timely manner in advance of the anticipated travel. Proof of eligibility must also be available for inspection upon check-in for all travel.
Travel Insurance: Interline Vacations strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your trip investment.
Itinerary/Supplier Alterations: All suppliers reserve the right to change the itinerary without prior notice. In the event of a reduction in services provided or a change to a hotel at a lower rate than the type included in the tour, a proportionate refund will be made at the discretion of the tour operator(s) or cruise line. In the event customer's hotel is oversold upon arrival, the hotel reserves the right to accommodate customer at an equivalent or better property with no further liability to Interline Vacations.
Express Notice of Agency: Interline Vacations is headquartered in Austin, Texas. INTERLINE VACATIONS ACTS AS THE DISCLOSED AGENT FOR THE CARRIERS, HOTELS AND OTHER SUPPLIERS IN THE CHAIN OF TRAVEL PROVIDING TRAVEL OR OTHER SERVICES FOR THE CUSTOMER, AND DOES NOT CONTROL SAID SUPPLIERS ON WHOSE BEHALF WE MARKET. INTERLINE VACATIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, BREACHES OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SUCH SUPPLIERS OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM. INTERLINE VACATIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES HAVE NO LIABILITY AND WILL MAKE NO REFUND IN THE EVENT OF ANY DELAY, CANCELLATION, OVERBOOKING, STRIKE, FORCE MAJEURE OR OTHER CAUSES BEYOND THEIR DIRECT CONTROL, AND THEY HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, RE-ROUTING OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTERLINE VACATIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH TRAVEL SERVICES PROVIDED BY INTERLINE VACATIONS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO THEFT, LOSS, DELAY OR INCONVENIENCE, LOS OF ENJOYMENT, LOSS OF PAY, UPSET, DISAPPOINTMENTS, DISTRESS, MECHANICAL BREAKDOWSN AND/OR MALFUNCTIONS, GOVERNMENT ACTIONS, STRIKES LOCOUTS, WAR, DECLARED OR UNDECLARED, TERRORISM, WEATHER, ACTS OF GOD, OR OTHER FACTORS, EVEN IF INTERLINE VACATIONS, AND/OR ITS AFFILIATES, HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. INTERLINE VACATIONS HAS SOLELY RECEIVED A COMMISSION AND PERHAPS AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR ANY CRUISE OR TOUR BOOKING, AND CUSTOMER AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT ANY RECOVERY FROM INTERLINE VACATIONS IS LIMITED TO THE COMMISSIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY INTERLINE VACATIONS. REGARDING HOTEL BOOKING(S), INTERLINE VACATIONS ENTERS CONTRACTS WITH INDIVIDUAL PROPERTIES, AND RESELLS HOTEL SPACE TO CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMER AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT ANY RECOVERY FOR A HOTEL BOOKING FROM INTERLINE VACATIONS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY INTERLINE VACATIONS. PAYMENT FOR TRAVEL SERVICES CONSTITUTES YOUR CONSENT TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS HEREIN. SAID TERMS CANNOT BE AMENDED WITHOUT THE AMENDMENT BEING IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY AN AUTHORIZED OFFICER OF INTERLINE VACATIONS. INTERLINE VACATIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES, MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES CONTAINED ON ITS WEB SITE, BROCHURES, AND/OR OTHER TRAVEL OFFERINGS FOR ANY PURPOSE, AND THE INCLUSION OR OFFERING FOR SALE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ANY ENDORSEMENT OR RECOMMENDATION OF SUCH PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BY INTERLINE VACATIONS, OR ITS AFFILIATES. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. INTERLINE VACATIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Customer hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Travis County, Texas, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the services of Interline Vacations. Use of Interline Vacations' travel services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.
Seller Of Travel: Interline Vacations is a registered seller of travel in Florida. Florida registration number: ST35547
Miscellaneous: Interline Vacations' performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of the right of Interline Vacations to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to customer's use of the Interline Vacations Web site and/or information provided to or gathered by Interline Vacations with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and agreement shall continue in effect. This Agreement (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein) constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Interline Vacations with respect to the sale travel services, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and Interline Vacations with respect our sale of travel services. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS: These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice and other restrictions may apply. Interline Vacations reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which these Terms & Conditions are offered and customer agrees to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of customer's use of the travel services of Interline Vacations.
