Next, visit the gateway to the 19 Pueblos of New Mexico at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center. See the ever-changing galleries that highlight local and national Native American artists. Prehistoric peoples made their homes here, Spanish missionaries explored the area, and many battles were fought over this land. Next, we’ll stop in the quaint old coal mining town of Madrid.
