Regent Seven Seas Cruises Embarkation Changes and Sailing Date Change PolicyUpdated March 30, 2020 - Please note that this information is updated regularly and adapts as the situation evolves.
*Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (which operates the Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands) has extended a recent decision to voluntarily suspend cruise voyages, effective through May 10, 2020. This temporary suspension comes after collaboration with federal officials and is aimed at contributing to efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 and covers voyages with embarkation dates from March 13 to May 10, 2020. They plan to commence cruise operations with embarkations beginning April 12.
Guests on voyages that are underway will conclude and guests will be disembarked as soon as possible and assisted with travel arrangements.
Guests who are currently booked on voyages with embarkation dates from March 13 to April 11, 2020 on Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises or Regent Seven Seas Cruises are asked to contact their vacation planner or the cruise line for more information. All guests on impacted voyages will receive a 125% refund of the fare paid in the form of a future cruise credit, which can be applied toward any future cruise through December 31, 2022. For guests who wish to not avail themselves of the 125% future cruise credit, a 100% refund of the fare paid will be reimbursed to the original form of payment within 90 days of guests’ request.
Effective immediately, Regent Seven Seas Cruises is providing you greater confidence with Regent Reassurance. For all voyages beginning April 3, 2020, through November 1, 2020, yo can now cancel up to 30 days prior to sailing and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit, which can be applied to a new booking within one year on any 2020 or 2021 Regent voyage.
Regent Reassurance begins today and applies to all existing bookings plus new bookings made by April 30, 2020, on all voyages from April 3, 2020, through November 1, 2020.
For those clients who took advantage of the previously communicated final payment extension period to 60 days*, nothing more needs to be done. Once final payment is received, you too, can take advantage of Regent Reassurance. For those who cancel prior to 60 days, you are still entitled to the 15% Future Cruise Credit we communicated previously.
