Saint Vincent is a volcanic island in the Caribbean, part of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. It is located in the Caribbean Sea, between Saint Lucia and the Grenadines. It gained independence as late as 1979. Kingstown is the chief port of the island. It was also a filming location for the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
