Hotel Sales Representative

Job description: Hotel sales representatives handle calls regarding queries for hotels, resorts, and land destinations (except European tours). Their job is to determine an individual client's travel needs and serve that client to the best of their ability. The representative is responsible for hotel or resort reservations, advising the client of all necessary terms and conditions, collecting payments, following up on all reservations, and handling problems that may arise with regard to a reservation.

Qualifications: Hotel sales representatives must have basic phone and computer skills and a positive attitude in order to effectively serve the clients of Interline Vacations. Potential candidates must possess all basic requirements and be available for any schedule necessary. Ability to work evenings and weekends a must.

Cruise Sales Representative

Job description: Cruise sales representatives handle all calls regarding cruises, European tours, and cruise and tour destinations. Their job is to determine an individual client's travel needs and serve that client to the best of their ability. The representative is responsible for reserving a cruise or tour, advising all necessary terms and conditions, collecting payments, following up on all reservations, and handling problems that may arise with regard to a reservation.
